Comverge has undertaken considerable upgrades to its network operations centre (NOC) located at its head office in Boronia, Melbourne. The NOC can offer reliable real-time 24/7 monitoring with fail-safe and secure operations.

The NOC utilises state-of-the-art remote monitoring technology that allows Comverge to offer enhanced service level agreements to customers. In addition to maintenance, monitoring and management services, the NOC will boast provisioning and activation tools supported by a dedicated Helpdesk.

New enhancements to the NOC will support a wide range of systems including access control, CCTV, public WiFi networks and site environmental management.
